How can affirmations change your life?

It is true what the Law of Attraction teaches us: Thoughts equal things – what you think and feel shapes your reality. Once we realize that we are, in fact, in charge of the lives that we lead, our lives will change for the better. We are by-products of our thoughts. Our thoughts play a vital role in our physical reality. We can create anything we want through our thoughts alone.

The power of repeated thoughts and words can be harnessed for positive manifestation. When you need a change in your life, it all starts with your thoughts. When you repeat an affirmation to yourself, your mind is re-trained to begin to see these affirmations as absolute truth. This helps to manifest them into reality.

Emotion and intensity in affirmations

Other than your affirmations feeling good, it is also important that you say them with lots of positive emotion and great intensity. There are no guidelines on the amount of time spent on speaking affirmations. But what is more important is that you say them with deep intensity. Wholeheartedly spoken and intensely-felt affirmations are clear signals that you want it. It’s all about believing in yourself.

Many healers also strongly suggest using ‘I AM’ in affirmations because ‘I AM’ is a creative force like no other!

Affirmations constitute an important part of manifesting and bringing dreams to reality. But a critical element is belief. Without belief, the affirmations will not generate the results you desire. Your vibration (or belief) has to match what you want. That’s how the two will be brought together.

Affirmations can change your life! We help you learn to use Law of Attraction affirmations infused with a deep sense of ‘belief’ and ‘emotion’ which will become part of you. You will encompass them and radiate them. And the positive results will come flooding to you in many delightful ways!

Three most important steps for affirmations

Step 1: Write down your affirmations

They are goal orientated, in the present tense, and as though they have already been achieved.

Step 2: Act ‘As If’

To attract positive change into your life, you need to transmit positive energy into the universe. The best way to do this is to act ‘as if’. This means that you don’t just tell yourself what you want through affirmation, but act as though you already have it. You can make this easier by saying ‘thank you’ at the beginning of your affirmations. This helps to convince your subconscious mind that you are already enjoying something.

Step 3: Repeat your affirmations as often as possible:

The more you repeat your affirmations and surround yourself with them, the deeper is the message ingrained on your mind and absorbed into your subconscious. Some good examples of positive affirmations are:

  • Thank You, God! I am completely well in both body and mind.

  • I am confident about myself and comfortable in my skin.

  • I love myself and always make others happy.

You can also create your positive affirmations that suit your need and circumstances.
